Fire Risk Assessment

We provide fire risk assessment for small to medium accommodation providers across Dorset and Somerset. We assess, advise and produce your fire risk report which can then be updated annually.

Is it law?

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 states that fire risk assessments must be carried out in businesses and organisations by a responsible person. Most companies do not have personnel with the required skills and competence to properly assess the risks and define the necessary corrective actions so the fire risk assessment can be outsourced to Dorset Pat Testing.

Can you complete it yourself?

The law states that it must be completed by a competent person.
